Product Boxes
At Merrypak, we understand that your box needs to package your product appropriately, while providing maximum impact on the shelf. We will guide you through identifying and designing the perfect custom made box for your product. Our product boxes can be made in a variety of styles – all our self folding (collapsible) and have a tuck in lid.
To manufacture a product box, we litho print onto 290gsm sulphate board or 300gsm brown kraft board. In the case of more rigid boxes, we use E flute (thin corrugated) board. To brand the E flute board we either litho print onto paper which is laminated onto the board or for simple prints, we screenprint. The boxes are then die cut to shape using one of the 100’s of die forms in our library or for longer runs,
using a custom designed die. The boxes are then hand glued and delivered to you flat.
