Window Boxes
Adding a window to a box showcases your product. You don’t need to invest in four colour prints to market the contents as the window allows the customer to see exactly what they are buying. Added advantage is that customers are less likely to tamper with the packaging on the shelf. To create a window box, we litho print onto 290gsm sulphate board or 300gsm brown kraft board. In the case of more rigid boxes, we use E flute (thin corrugated) board.
To brand the E flute board we either litho print onto paper which is then laminated onto the board or for simple prints, we screenprint. The board is then die cut using one of our standard window box dies. The thinner board boxes then have their PVC windows glued in by hand. The E flute boxes usually have just an aperture without the PVC window. The window boxes are delivered to you flat and need to be folded on site.
